Personal data

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC and the content of Article 13 para. 1 and 2 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR Regulation), we provide information on how we process personal data.

Purpose, basis for processing personal data and storage time:
a / conclusion and performance of the contract – (legal basis: art.6 par.1 b GDPR – performance of the contract) for the duration of the contract and settlements after its termination,

b/ performance of legal obligations imposed on us (legal basis: art.6 par.1c GDPR – legal obligation) e.g. issuing and storing accounting documents, considering complaints for the time in which the regulations require storing documents, e.g. tax regulations,

c/ pursuing claims (legal basis: art.6 par.1c RODO – legitimate interest of the Administrator) – for the period in which the claims arising from the contract expire,

e/in order to create analyzes and statistics for the Administrator’s internal needs (legal basis: art.6 par.1c RODO – the legitimate interest of the Administrator) for a period of 5 years,

f/ direct marketing (legal basis: art.6 par.1c RODO – legitimate interest of the Administrator) for a period of 5 years, or in the case of consent to direct marketing until its withdrawal,

g/ answers to client inquiries (legal basis: art.6 par.1c GDPR – legitimate interest of the administrator) for a period of 5 years,

h/ maintaining and servicing the account in the e-fitness system for Club Card holders (legal basis: art.6 par.1c RODO – the legitimate interest of the administrator) for a period of 5 years from the last customer activity,

i/ for other purposes based on the consent of the person (legal basis: art.6 par.1 a GDPR – consent of the person) for the time specified in the information / regulations when obtaining consent,

Type and method of data collection
We only collect the data necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. The transfer of personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide data may result in the inability to use a specific service or the conclusion of a contract.

If for the processing of data for a specific purpose your consent is necessary, e.g. for the purposes of promotional campaigns, competitions, sending commercial information by electronic means, you can withdraw your consent at any time by submitting the e-mail address provided in point 2 or follow the instructions when giving consent.

Data transfer
– We provide personal data to processors on our behalf:

a/ supporting our IT system, providing hosting agreements,

b/ subcontractors supporting the Administrator in business service processes (accounting, advisory and auditing companies, support for administrative and technical processes, law firms, servicing claims),

c/ payment processing companies – banks, payment institutions.

Rights of persons whose data we process (Articles 16-21 GDPR)
You have the right to submit an application (by post, e-mail – address in point 2) o:

a/ correction of data

b/ deleting data – the right to be forgotten

c/limitation of processing – suspension of processing or not deleting data

d/access to data – information on processed data and a copy thereof

e/ data transfer (to the extent specified in Article 20 of the GDPR)

f) right of objection – e.g. processing for direct marketing. Making such a request means that we will not process your data for this purpose.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
